Weekly Update | August 31, 2023
Reminder: Monthly tuition payments are due by the 1st of each month and delinquent after the 15th. After the 15th of the month a $25.00 late fee will be assessed. Statements will only be sent if your payment has not been received by the 25th of the month. If your payment is not received before the 25th a $50.00 late fee will also be assessed. If the account is not made current by the end of the month, your child/children will not be allowed to attend class.
The PTO and Booster Club membership forms are attached. Please take a moment to join both of those organizations as they are very active during the school year and could use all the help and support that they can get.

Friday, September 1st - Varsity Football @ Abbeville starting at 7:00 pm. - Dress up theme is "Wipeout the Generals" Dress in beach or Hawaiian attire.

Tuesday, September 5th - JV/Varsity Volleyball @ Macon East starting at 4:00 pm
Flag/PeeWee/JV Football @ Macon East starting at 5:00 pm
Thursday, September 7th - JV/Varsity Volleyball vs. Lee-Scott starting at 4:00 pm
Friday, September 8th - Varsity Football @ Macon East starting at 7:00 pm. Dress up theme is "Macon Mom & Pop Proud" dress like your Dad or Mom.
Friday, September 15th - School picture makeup day
2023-2024 Yearbooks are on sale for $45.00 until 9/15/2023. See attached Jostens flyer to place your order. We have a few 2022-2023 yearbooks available for sale in the front office for $60.00. Please respond to this email if you are interested.
The PTO Mum Fundraiser is coming to an end. Please reach out to family and friends and make this a very successful fundraiser. See the attached flyer for more details.
Attached you will find the criteria for the Distinguished Friends of Hooper and the Athletic Hall of Honor. Both of these awards will be given out during our Homecoming football game on Friday, September 22nd. Please take a moment to read the qualifications and nominate anyone that you feel is deserving of these prestigious awards. If you have nominated candidates in the past and wish for them to be considered for this year, please resubmit the information by the deadline. The deadline for nominations is Thursday, September 13th. Please send nominations to jreeves@hooperacademy.org.
