Reminder: Everyone dismisses at Noon on Friday, September 18th for Homecoming.

 

Progress reports will be issued on Thursday, September 10th. All accounts must be current this includes tuition and student lunch accounts.

 

Mandatory fundraiser packets (raffle tickets) were mailed out last week.  Please notify the office if you have still not received them. The tickets need to be turned in by Thursday, October 8th as October 9th and 12th are holidays.

 

We have gun raffle tickets for a Savage 22 Hornet Model 25 Walker Varmit with black synthetic stock and a 22" barrel available for purchase in the office for $10 each.  The drawing will be held during the Homecoming Game on Friday, September 18th.

Don’t forget to dress in ⭐️GOLD⭐️ Friday! Termite, Peewee, JV, and Varsity cheerleaders will be collecting donations at every entrance tomorrow morning!  Help us raise money and awareness this month! ⭐️

Homecoming Week (September 14th - 18th) dress up themes:  Please have fun with this but make sure to stay in dress code.

Monday, September 14th - Pajama day

Tuesday, September 15th - Twin day - Volleyball vs. Autauga starting at 4:00 p.m.

                  Pee Wee/JV Football vs. Autauga starting at 6:00 p.m.

Wednesday, September 16th - Camouflage day

Thursday, September 17th - Tacky day - Volleyball @ Edgewood starting at 4:00 p.m.

Friday, September 18th - Homecoming t-shirt day - everyone dismisses at Noon.

We will not be having a Homecoming Dance this year.  Game starts at 7:00 p.m. we will be playing Banks.  

Per AISA Guidelines: 

A mask or other facial covering that covers the nostrils and mouth are required 

for spectators from entry until exit.  

Only varsity cheerleaders will be allowed to participate in the victory line on the field.  Only players, coaches, officials, cheerleaders and members of the chain gang are allowed on the field and sidelines.

 

Monday, September 21st - Balfour Junior Class Ring Delivery starting at 10:30 a.m.  Call the school office if you need your child's ring balance.

 

Athletes must pay their athletic fees of $25 (elementary) and $100 (Jr. High and High School) before they can participate in games. 

 

We are asking that all students bring hand sanitizer to use throughout the day and also a water bottle to use between classes as our water fountains will not be in use.  Please make sure that your child’s name is on his/her water bottle.

 *Work assessment forms must be submitted within 30 days of the date the work was performed.  Otherwise it will be invalid. 

 

Reminder:  Monthly tuition payments are due by the 1st of each month and delinquent after the 15th.  After the 15th of the month a $25.00 late fee will be assessed.  Statements will only be sent if your payment has not been received by the 25th of the month.  If your payment is not received before the 25th a $50.00 late fee will also be assessed.  If the account is not made current by the end of the month, your child/children will not be allowed to attend class.
