Weekly Update | October 22, 2020

This is a just a reminder of the revised Semester Exam policy that is in this year’s student handbook: 

     EXEMPTIONS FROM EXAMS Fall and Spring Semester: All students 7-12 may be exempt from all final exams in which they have maintained a B average for the semester

Thursday, October 22nd - Volleyball Elite 8 seeding tournament first game at 1:00.  

Friday, October 23rd -  Dress up theme for Saturday's game against Valiant Cross is "Outsmart 

the Warriors" dress preppy nerdy

 Saturday, October 24th - Varsity Football at Cramton Bowl starting at 11:00am.  See previous

Tuesday, October 27th - Varsity Volleyball Elite 8 Tournament TBA

Friday, October 30th - Varsity Football @ Cornerstone (Columbiana) starting at 7:00 pm.  Dress up theme is "Scare Cornerstone" wear your Halloween Costume.

All students in grades 2-12 are required to wear a mask.  We have provided masks to students that forgot or whose masks break during the day.  However, we are noticing a large number of students forgetting them daily and we are not able to keep providing them without charging to replace them.  The cost for a mask (forgotten or broken) will be $1.  

We are asking that all students bring hand sanitizer to use throughout the day and also a water bottle to use between classes as our water fountains will not be in use. Please make sure that your child’s name is on his/her water bottle.

 *Work assessment forms must be submitted within 30 days of the date the work was performed.  Otherwise it will be invalid. 

Reminder:  Monthly tuition payments are due by the 1st of each month and delinquent after the 15th.  After the 15th of the month a $25.00 late fee will be assessed.  Statements will only be sent if your payment has not been received by the 25th of the month.  If your payment is not received before the 25th a $50.00 late fee will also be assessed.  If the account is not made current by the end of the month, your child/children will not be allowed to attend class.
