JV & ELEMENTARY DRESS UP DAY AND PEP RALLY THIS MONDAY!!
JV, Peewee, Termite, and Tiny Termite Cheer will host a JV/Peewee pep rally this Monday, October 18, at 2:15 outside the elementary building. Junior High and elementary students help us “Rock the Rebels” by dressing up in your best Rock n’ Roll attire and come cheer on our JV and Peewee football teams as they get ready to face off against the Lowndes Rebels!
Varsity cheerleaders are selling Halloween Candy Grams! Students can send candy grams to other students, faculty, or staff as a way to say Happy Halloween! Candy grams will include a card for the recipient and CANDY! Candy grams will be delivered to classrooms by the cheerleaders on Thursday, October 28th. Candy grams are $1 each. Deadline to order is Friday, October 22nd. The order form is attached. Send cash to homeroom teacher, checks payable to Hooper Academy. Questions? Email adicks@live.com

We have available for purchase in the office a book titled: Fred Hooper, The Extraordinary Life of a Thoroughbred Legend written by Bill Heller. Books are available for $20 each and the sales will benefit Hooper Academy.
Thursday, October 14th JV/Varsity Volleyball vs. Coosa Valley. Senior Night honoring our Senior volleyball players will be between the JV and Varsity games.

Friday, October 15th: Varsity Football @ Lee Scott. The dress up theme is to wear camouflage
Saturday, October 16th: JV State Volleyball Tournament our first game is at 12:00 pm
Monday, October 18th: PeeWee/JV Football vs. Lowndes starting at 6:00 pm
Tuesday, October 19th: First Round of Varsity Volleyball Playoffs @ Hooper starting at 4:30 pm
Friday, October 22nd: Varsity Football vs. Valiant Cross starting @ 7:00 pm. This is Senior Night and all Senior football players, team managers and cheerleaders will be honored at Pre-Game starting at 6:40 pm . Dress up theme is "Sock it to the Warriors" wear crazy socks.
Saturday, October 23rd: PeeWee Football Rebel Bowl @ Lowndes Academy
If you haven't done so, please take time to join the PTA the cost is $20 per family and all the money goes back into the school. The PTA Membership form is attached. Every teacher that has 100% participation receives $100 to spend on classroom supplies.
*Work assessment forms must be submitted within 30 days of the date the work was performed. Otherwise it will be invalid.
Reminder: Monthly tuition payments are due by the 1st of each month and delinquent after the 15th. After the 15th of the month a $25.00 late fee will be assessed. Statements will only be sent if your payment has not been received by the 25th of the month. If your payment is not received before the 25th a $50.00 late fee will also be assessed. If the account is not made current by the end of the month, your child/children will not be allowed to attend class.
