Weekly Update | October 12, 2023
Reminder: Monthly tuition payments are due by the 1st of each month and delinquent after the 15th. After the 15th of the month a $25.00 late fee will be assessed. Statements will only be sent if your payment has not been received by the 25th of the month. If your payment is not received before the 25th a $50.00 late fee will also be assessed. If the account is not made current by the end of the month, your child/children will not be allowed to attend class.
Please sign up to work concessions. This is a great way to get your work assessment hours.

Reminder: - Sports programs that were pre-ordered are in the office to be picked up or paid for. A limited number of extra programs will be available for purchase at the concession stand.
Friday, October 13th - Varsity Football vs. Edgewood starting at 7:00 pm - Dress up theme is "Outshine the Wildcats" - Wear Neon attire - The 2023 State Championship Softball Team will be recognized at 6:40 pm. The Tiny Termite Cheerleaders will perform at halftime and the Woodsmen of America will do a flag presentation during halftime as well.
Saturday, October 14th - Flag Football Orange vs. Green starting at 10:00 am
JV State Volleyball Tournament @ Glenwood starting at 8:00 am
Monday, October 16th - Mandatory raffle ticket fundraiser tickets/money due in office by 3:00 pm
Varsity Tri-Match @ Edgewood starting at 2:00 pm we will play at 4:00 pm and 6:00 pm

Thursday, October 19th - Varsity Volleyball vs. Autauga starting at 4:30 pm - This is Senior Night. All Senior Volleyball Players and Parents will be recognized at 4:30 pm please be in the gym by 4:15 pm.
Friday, October 20th - Varsity Football vs. Chambers starting at 7:00 pm - Dress up theme is "College T-shirt Day" - Senior Football Players, Cheerleader, Water girls and their parents will be recognized during pre-game starting at 6:40 pm please be at the field by 6:20 pm. Raffle drawing will take place during halftime.
Monday, October 23rd - Elite 8/Final 4 Volleyball playoffs - more details will be sent next week
Tuesday, October 24th - State Volleyball Championship game
Thursday, October 26th - Fall Festival/Junior/Senior PowderPuff Football game starting at 5:00 pm
Friday, November 17th - The Early Learning Center will close at 2:00 pm to host their Thanksgiving Feast. All ELC family members are invited to join and bring a dish. This includes after-school care students as well. School dismisses at Noon for Teacher In-Service Day - all after-school care students must be picked up by 2:00 pm from the ELC.
*Work assessment forms must be submitted within 30 days of the date the work was performed. Otherwise, it will be invalid.
