The December Lunch menus are attached.

 

The SGA is sponsoring a donation drive to benefit Children's Hospital of Birmingham. Please see the attached flyer for more details.

 

The updated basketball schedule is attached.

 

Parents: Please make sure you check your student's lunch account every week.

 

We have re-keyed the auditorium. Anyone wishing to use the auditorium must contact the office to reserve it.

 

Please keep collecting box tops for the PTA. You can turn them into the office at any time.

 

Mon - Tues, November 25th-26th - Varsity Basketball Tournament @ East Memorial - Flyer is attached to the revised Basketball schedule which is also attached to this email.

 

Mon- Fri, November 25th-29th - Thanksgiving Holidays

 

Monday, December 2nd - Basketball (All teams) @ Coosa Valley starting at 4 pm.

 

Tuesday, December 3rd - Basketball (All teams) @ Fort Dale starting at 4 pm.

 

Thursday, December 5th - Basketball (All teams) vs. Ezekiel starting at 4 pm.

 

*Work assessment forms must be submitted within 30 days of the date the work was performed. Otherwise it will be invalid.

Reminder: Monthly tuition payments are due by the 1st of each month and delinquent after the 15th. After the 15th of the month a $25.00 late fee will be assessed. Statements will only be sent if your payment has not been received by the 25th of the month. If your payment is not received before the 25th a $50.00 late fee will also be assessed. If the account is not made current by the end of the month, your child/children will not be allowed to attend class.
