Weekly Update | May 24, 2024

Enrollment for 2024-2025 school year is underway.  All returning students enrollment must go through the Facts Family Portal that you currently use to check their grades.  There is a tab on the left side that has Apply/Enroll.  Please use this tab to re-enroll for next year.  The returning student registration fee is $100 until May 31st.  Any registration packets not COMPLETED by May 31st will be charged the normal $175.00 fee per student.  Please complete your registration packet as soon as possible.  Any questions reach out to the front office or Coach Free. 

If you have a new Hooper Student (or ELC student new/returning) that you need to enroll you must first apply using the link below:

Reminder:  All accounts must be paid before final report cards will be issued.  This includes tuition, fees, work assessment (5/31/24), lunchroom and any outstanding athletic fees or uniforms that haven't been returned.

Report cards will be issued by email on Thursday, May 30th. 

ATTN Parents: Please notice that on the basketball flyer that has been passed out the wrong dates were listed. Basketball camp is June 24th and 25th. Thank you! 

Please refer to Facebook for all youth sports summer camp flyers and information. Camps are open to all children in the community that meet the age requirements per camp.

We hope everyone has a Safe Summer!  We will see you on Friday, August 2nd at Colt Appreciation Night/Open House.

Summer office hours are Monday - Thursday 9:00 am - 1:00 pm.  We will be closed the week of July 4th.  

Summer workouts begin Tuesday, June 4th.  Workouts will be every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.  Boys will workout from 7:30 am - 9:30 am and girls will workout from 8:30 am - 10:30 am.  We will not workout during the week of July 4th. 

Tardy policy beginning January 2, 2024, unexcused tardies 4-6 gets break detention including trash pickup, 7 - one day of ISS, 8 - 2 days ISS, 9 - 3 days ISS, 10 and beyond one day of out of school suspension per unexcused tardy. 

*Work assessment forms must be submitted within 30 days of the date the work was performed.  Otherwise, it will be invalid.

Reminder:  Monthly tuition payments are due by the 1st of each month and delinquent after the 15th.  After the 15th of the month a $25.00 late fee will be assessed. Statements will only be sent if your payment has not been received by the 25th of the month.  If your payment is not received before the 25th a $50.00 late fee will also be assessed.  If the account is not made current by the end of the month, your child/children will not be allowed to attend class. NEW POLICY: New returned check fee schedule - 1st check $50, 2nd check $75 and 3rd & beyond $100.  This is per year.
