Weekly Update | May 10, 2024
Enrollment for 2024-2025 school year is underway. All returning students enrollment must go through the Facts Family Portal that you currently use to check their grades. There is a tab on the left side that has Apply/Enroll. Please use this tab to re-enroll for next year. The returning student registration fee is $100 until May 31st. Any registration packets not COMPLETED by May 31st will be charged the normal $175.00 fee per student. Please complete your registration packet as soon as possible. Any questions reach out to the front office or Coach Free.

Final Exam Exemption Policy(7th-12th Grades): Students that maintained an "A" average and no more than 5 unexcused absences or maintained a "B" average with no more than 3 unexcused absences will be exempt.
Reminder: All accounts must be paid before final exams begin on 5/17/24. This includes tuition, fees, work assessment (5/31/24), lunchroom and any outstanding athletic fees or uniforms that haven't been returned.

PTO - Teacher Appreciation Week will be May 13th - 17th.
Reminder: New tardy policy beginning January 2, 2024, unexcused tardies 4-6 gets break detention including trash pickup, 7 - one day of ISS, 8 - 2 days ISS, 9 - 3 days ISS, 10 and beyond one day of out of school suspension per unexcused tardy.
Thursday, May 16th - 7th - 12th grade field day - lunch is provided - driving students will be dismissed at the end of field day between 2:00 and 3:00 pm.
Friday, May 17th - Awards day - Elementary 8:30 a.m. and grades 7-12 starting after (10-10:30)
6th period exams start at 1:30 pm
Colt Appreciation Night - 4:00 - 8:00 pm - More details to follow
Sunday, May 19th - Baccalaureate services starting at 2:00 pm in the Fred and Wanda Hooper Auditorium - Reception provided by the PTO to follow in the lunchroom.
Monday, May 20th - 1st & 4th period exams starting at 8:30 am
Tuesday, May 21st - 2nd & 5th period exams starting at 8:30 am
K5 graduation at 6:00 pm in the Fred and Wanda Hooper Auditorium
Wednesday, May 22nd - 3rd & 7th period exams starting at 8:30 pm
Free physicals for upcoming 7th - 12th grade students starting at 5:30 pm
Thursday, May 23rd - Make up exams - Last day of school - Everyone dismisses at Noon
Senior graduation at 7:00 pm on the Davis Henry Football Field

*Work assessment forms must be submitted within 30 days of the date the work was performed. Otherwise, it will be invalid.
Reminder: Monthly tuition payments are due by the 1st of each month and delinquent after the 15th. After the 15th of the month a $25.00 late fee will be assessed. Statements will only be sent if your payment has not been received by the 25th of the month. If your payment is not received before the 25th a $50.00 late fee will also be assessed. If the account is not made current by the end of the month, your child/children will not be allowed to attend class. NEW POLICY: New returned check fee schedule - 1st check $50, 2nd check $75 and 3rd & beyond $100. This is per year.
