Congratulations to our High School Scholar's Bowl team they won 1st place at the District Scholar's Bowl on Wednesday, February 14th. They will compete in the State High School Scholar's Bowl on Tuesday, February 27th. Go Colts! We are proud of you!!
The PTO is having their last fundraiser of the school year. They are selling Boston Ferns. The order form is attached and is due in by February 21st. Orders will be available for pickup in early March. Please make checks payable to Hooper Academy PTO. Thanks for your support!
If you do not want to/cannot sell the gun raffle tickets, please return them to the office as soon as possible.
Please sign up to work concessions. This is a great way to get your work assessment hours.

The 10th Annual Hooper Academy Bass Tournament will be held on Saturday, March 23rd. All families that have a Spring Sport athlete are required to sell $75.00 worth of sponsorships by March 13, 2024. Please see the attached forms for more information.
With enough interest there will be a Driver's Education Course on Sunday, April 7th from 1:00 - 3:30 for students 14 years old and up - please have your child come by the office and sign up.
Reminder: New tardy policy beginning January 2, 2024, unexcused tardies 4-6 gets break detention including trash pickup, 7 - one day of ISS, 8 - 2 days ISS, 9 - 3 days ISS, 10 and beyond one day of out of school suspension per unexcused tardy.
Reminder: No parking or vehicles beyond the divider fence at the baseball field.

Fri-Sat, February 16-17th - JV Baseball/Softball Tournament @ Edgewood - JV Boys play at 9:00 & 1:30 on Friday, Saturday times TBD, JV Girls
play at 2:00 and if they win they play again at 3:30 on Friday, Saturday times TBD
Monday, February 19th - President's Day - Off Roll Baseball/Softball @ Bessemer starting at 3:00 pm
Tuesday, February 20th - Baseball/Softball @ Macon East starting at 4:00 pm
Wednesday, February 21st - PTO Fern Fundraiser orders and money due
Thurs-Sat, February 22-24 - Varsity Baseball/Softball Tournament at Fort Dale
*Work assessment forms must be submitted within 30 days of the date the work was performed. Otherwise, it will be invalid.
Reminder: Monthly tuition payments are due by the 1st of each month and delinquent after the 15th. After the 15th of the month a $25.00 late fee will be assessed. Statements will only be sent if your payment has not been received by the 25th of the month. If your payment is not received before the 25th a $50.00 late fee will also be assessed. If the account is not made current by the end of the month, your child/children will not be allowed to attend class. NEW POLICY: New returned check fee schedule - 1st check $50, 2nd check $75 and 3rd & beyond $100. This is per year.
