Weekly Update | August 4, 2023
We hope your summer didn't go by as fast as ours. We are looking forward to the start of the school year. There is a lot of information included in this email so please take the time to read it in its entirety.

Fall Sports pictures and sports program ad pictures will be made on Thursday, August 10th starting at 2:30 PM. Elementary sports pictures will start at 4:00 PM.
New for the 2023-2024 school year - Homeroom for grades 7th - 12th starts at 7:50AM instead of 7:55 AM. Students will be considered late if not in their homeroom by 7:50 AM. School will still release at 3:00 PM and no changes to elementary start or release times (7:55 - 2:55).
Open House will be Tuesday, August 8th (elementary K5-6th) starting at 6:00 PM in the Auditorium and 7th - 12th at 6:30 PM in the Auditorium. (Class schedules and important documents will be given out to students in grades 7th - 12th).

PEP RALLIES & SPIRIT DRESS UP DAYS
Varsity Cheer has planned an exciting season of pep rallies and fun dress up days to support our Hooper Colts each week. A printable schedule is attached! Stop by Varsity Cheer's Spirit Store outside the Elementary breezeway to have your picture taken decked out in each week's theme! We will feature our best dressed Colts on Hooper's social media pages! We look forward to seeing all of our Colts this season dressed up and at the pep rallies! Let's Go Colts!
VARSITY CHEER'S SPIRIT STORE
BACK BETTER THAN EVER this year!! Each varsity football gameday, Varsity Cheer will host a Spirit Store outside of the Elementary breezeway. Forgot to send your child with dress up attire one week? NO WORRIES! The Spirit Store carries dress up day accessories for each week's theme your child can toss on as well as tattoos, spirit badges, buttons, toys, fidgets, and other great spirit items. The Spirit Store accepts cash, checks, Venmo, Cash App and PayPal! Don't forget to have your picture taken with Varsity Cheer to have a chance to be featured on Hooper's social media pages! Thanks for supporting Varsity Cheer through our spirit store! This helps fund our many pep rallies and other events during the year!
*Work assessment forms must be submitted within 30 days of the date the work was performed. Otherwise, it will be invalid.
Reminder: Monthly tuition payments are due by the 1st of each month and delinquent after the 15th. After the 15th of the month a $25.00 late fee will be assessed. Statements will only be sent if your payment has not been received by the 25th of the month. If your payment is not received before the 25th a $50.00 late fee will also be assessed. If the account is not made current by the end of the month, your child/children will not be allowed to attend class.
