Weekly Update | August 1, 2019

We will have a schoolwide workday on Saturday, August 3rd beginning at 8:00 a.m.

 

We will have Open House on Thursday, August 8^th. The schedule is below:

 

6:00 pm-6:15pm   Elementary Parents and Students meet in the auditorium

6:15 pm  -7pm      Elementary Parents and Students may tour the elementary building and meet with teachers

 

6:00 pm-6:15 pm   Upper School Parents and Students Report to the Main building to pick up class schedules

6:15pm -6:30 pm   Upper School Parents and Students meet in the auditorium

6:30 pm-7:15 pm   Upper School Parents and Students may tour the high school building and meet with teachers

 

The first day of school is Friday, August 9th.  School dismisses at Noon.  Your child must be registered to attend.

 

JV and Varsity Students who play a fall sport must sell or buy  at least $75 in ads. The ad form is attached. The form and money must be turned in to the office no later than August 16^th.

 

The 2019-2020 School Calendar and Student Dress Code are attached.

 

The Varsity Football August Practice Schedule is attached. 

 

The Varsity Football and Volleyball Schedules are attached.

 

All students participating on any sports team for the 2019-2020 school year must complete and turn in the physical forms packet.  Athletes that participate in fall sports need to have their forms in as soon as possible.  The physical forms are attached to this email for your convenience.  Please list all sports that your child will be participating in so that you will not have to complete the forms for each individual sport.  This includes Termite & PeeWee cheer and football.

 

Please make sure you check your child's lunchroom balance and if there is a negative balance, please take care of it as soon as possible.

 

*Work assessment forms must be submitted within 30 days of the date the work was performed.  Otherwise it will be invalid. 

 

Reminder:  Monthly tuition payments are due by the 1st of each month and delinquent after the 15th.  After the 15th of the month a $25.00 late fee will be assessed.  Statements will only be sent if your payment has not been received by the 25th of the month.  If your payment is not received before the 25th a $50.00 late fee will also be assessed.  If the account is not made current by the end of the month, your child/children will not be allowed to attend class.
