Work assessment statements were mailed out today. You will only receive one if you have a balance. Balances must be paid in order for your child to take exams and receive report cards or records.
The Elementary AR deadline for the 4th grading period will be Thursday, May 6th.
Tuesday, May 11th - Free athletic physicals at 6:00 pm in the gymnasium. (Students in grades 3-11 who plan to play sports at Hooper Academy next year must have a current physical on file.)
*Thursday, May 13th - Class/Honors Day for 7th- 9th grade 8:30 am
10th and 11th grades 10:00 am
*Friday, May 14th - Senior Class Day 10:00 am
*Tuesday, May 18th - Class/Honors Day for 1st-3rd grades 8:30 am
4th-6th grades 9:30 am
*Due to limited seating, we are requesting that only parents attend.
Sunday, May 16th - Baccalaureate at 2:00 pm in the Fred and Wanda Hooper Auditorium
Tuesday, May 18th - K5 graduation
All accounts must be current (including lunchroom accounts) in order for students to take exams or receive report cards.
Exam Schedule for grades 7-11:
Friday, May 14th - 6th period starting at 1:30 pm
Monday, May 17th - 1st & 4th period 8:30 and 10:30 students in 7-11 dismiss at Noon
Tuesday, May 18th - 2nd & 5th period 8:30 and 10:30 students in 7-11 dismiss at Noon
Wednesday, May 19th - 3rd & 7th period 8:30 and 10:30 students in 7-11 dismiss at Noon
Thursday, May 20th - Makeup exams if needed - Last day of school - everyone dismisses at Noon
Graduation at 7:00 pm at Hooper Academy
*Work assessment forms must be submitted within 30 days of the date the work was performed. Otherwise it will be invalid.
Reminder: Monthly tuition payments are due by the 1st of each month and delinquent after the 15th. After the 15th of the month a $25.00 late fee will be assessed. Statements will only be sent if your payment has not been received by the 25th of the month. If your payment is not received before the 25th a $50.00 late fee will also be assessed. If the account is not made current by the end of the month, your child/children will not be allowed to attend class.
