Weekly Update | April 18, 2024
Reminder: All accounts must be paid before final exams begin on 5/17/24. This includes tuition, fees, work assessment (5/31/24), lunchroom and any outstanding athletic fees or uniforms that haven't been returned.
Congratulations to the winners of the gun raffle drawings: April 5th - Kevin Ledbetter - April 8th - Wes Hargrove, April 10th - Mark Davis April 12th - Bill Weston, April 15th - Brad Macon and April 17th - Matthew Jones. The next drawing will take place on Friday, April 19th at Mosley's store. The drawings will be on Facebook live and winners will be posted on our Facebook page after each drawing.
Please sign up to work concessions. This is a great way to get your work assessment hours. The last home game will be Monday, April 22nd starting at 3:30 pm.

Reminder: New tardy policy beginning January 2, 2024, unexcused tardies 4-6 gets break detention including trash pickup, 7 - one day of ISS, 8 - 2 days ISS, 9 - 3 days ISS, 10 and beyond one day of out of school suspension per unexcused tardy.
Reminder: No parking or vehicles beyond the divider fence at the baseball field.

Fri-Sat, April 19th-20th - Varsity Softball @ Lagoon Park Tournament - Lady Colts play at 1:30 pm, 4:30 pm and 6:00 pm on Friday, Saturday's games are determined by the outcomes of Friday's games
Monday, April 22nd - 1st Round Varsity State Softball Playoffs - at Hooper starting at 3:30 pm
Wednesday, April 24th - Sophomore Class Ring orders are due - information packets were given to the Sophomore Class yesterday (4/17)
Flag Football/Tiny Termite/Termite/PeeWee Cheer, PeeWee Football and JV Sports (all teams) Sports Awards Ceremony starting at 6:00 pm in the auditorium

*Work assessment forms must be submitted within 30 days of the date the work was performed. Otherwise, it will be invalid.
Reminder: Monthly tuition payments are due by the 1st of each month and delinquent after the 15th. After the 15th of the month a $25.00 late fee will be assessed. Statements will only be sent if your payment has not been received by the 25th of the month. If your payment is not received before the 25th a $50.00 late fee will also be assessed. If the account is not made current by the end of the month, your child/children will not be allowed to attend class. NEW POLICY: New returned check fee schedule - 1st check $50, 2nd check $75 and 3rd & beyond $100. This is per year.
