Weekly Update | April 12, 2024

Reminder:  All accounts must be paid before final exams begin on 5/17/24. This includes tuition, fees, work assessment (5/31/24), lunchroom and any outstanding athletic fees or uniforms that haven't been returned.

Congratulations to the winners of the gun raffle drawings:  April 5th - Kevin Ledbetter - April 8th - Wes Hargrove and April 10th - Mark Davis.  The next drawing will take place on Friday, April 12th at Mosley's store. The drawings will be on Facebook and winners will be posted on our Facebook page after each drawing.

Please sign up to work concessions.  This is a great way to get your work assessment hours.  

Reminder:  New tardy policy beginning January 2, 2024, unexcused tardies 4-6 gets break detention including trash pickup, 7 - one day of ISS, 8 - 2 days ISS, 9 - 3 days ISS, 10 and beyond one day of out of school suspension per unexcused tardy. 

Reminder:  No parking or vehicles beyond the divider fence at the baseball field.

Tuesday, April 16th - Varsity Baseball/Softball vs. Chambers Academy starting at 3:30 pm

Wednesday, April 17th - Career Fair starting at 10:30 am - sponsored by the Hooper Academy SGA

Thursday, April 18th - Varsity Softball(DH) @ Glenwood starting at 3:30 pm

Fri-Sat, April 19th-20th - Varsity Softball @ Lagoon Park Tournament - Lady Colts play at 1:30 pm, 4:30 pm and 6:00 pm on Friday, Saturday's games are determined by the outcomes of Friday's games

*Work assessment forms must be submitted within 30 days of the date the work was performed.  Otherwise, it will be invalid.

Reminder:  Monthly tuition payments are due by the 1st of each month and delinquent after the 15th.  After the 15th of the month a $25.00 late fee will be assessed. Statements will only be sent if your payment has not been received by the 25th of the month.  If your payment is not received before the 25th a $50.00 late fee will also be assessed.  If the account is not made current by the end of the month, your child/children will not be allowed to attend class. NEW POLICY: New returned check fee schedule - 1st check $50, 2nd check $75 and 3rd & beyond $100.  This is per year.
