Hooper Academy Sports Updates

Here are some athletic updates and important dates to keep in mind.
Reminder: ALL Sports Fees are due before first game of their sport. Volleyball Spirit Pack payments are due before the first game. JV/V Football Team Store link will be sent out soon.
AUG 8th- Fall Sports Parent Meeting-
We will have a Fall Sports Parent Meeting at 5:15 in the Auditorium before Open House. If your child plays a Fall Sport please attend this meeting.
AUG 10th – FALL SPORTS and Sport Program Ad Pictures-
CHANGE TO THE DATE!!! On Aug 10th we will be taking all our Fall Sport and Program Ad pictures. We will start with JV & Varsity Volleyball followed by Senior Banner pictures. Varsity/JV Cheer and football will follow outside. Elementary aged participants (Tiny Termite, Termite, Flag, Pee Wee) pictures will start at 4 PM.
S2 PASS – This year we will be using the S2 Pass for numerous athletic events for tickets and concessions. S2 is a FREE app that you download to your phone from your app store. When you enter the app the search for “Hooper Academy”. Upon entering you will click on “Events” and be able to purchase the tickets. Your tickets will show on your phone and you will show the gate worker. The gate worker will then scan your ticket for entry. S2 will also be the preferred option for payment at the concession stand.
*There will still be a cash box at the gate and concession stands this year. However, we HIGHLY encourage people start using S2 because we hope to move to primarily move to the app in 2024.
GRANDPARENT PARKING- Grandparent parking spots will be $300 this year. Parking spot will include (2 – All Sport Passes for Home Games and Fall Sports Program).
PEE WEE & FLAG FOOTBALL- 3rd Graders that play Pee Wee football will have the opportunity to play Flag Football as well.
Sport Updates:
Volleyball has started practice and opens their season August 12th at the Macon East Pre-Season Tournament.
JV and Varsity Football will start practice 7/31 at 12:01 AM under the lights. Players will practice, sleep over, workout and be picked up by 7 AM Monday morning. Make sure players bring items needed to sleep over.
