Hooper 2023 Fall Festival Information

Fall Festival, Haunted House, and Powder Puff game information:

Fun: Hooper Academy PTO Annual Fall Festival is on Thursday, October 26th 5-7 p.m. Admission is $10 per person ages 3 and up (parents do not have to buy a wristband to accompany your children). There will be games, inflatables, a hayride, toy walk, cake walk, concessions, Kona Ice, and a photo booth set up in front of the auditorium for you to take pictures (we hope you share them with us)!

Sponsorships: The deadline to turn in booth sponsorships has passed, but if you’d still like to sponsor a booth then please reach out to us by Friday 13th (we need time to order the signs).

Wristbands: Wristbands are $10 (includes entry, games, inflatables, cake walk, and toy walk). Presale wristband forms are due tomorrow, Friday 13th. Presale helps us have an idea of how much food to purchase. We will sell wristbands at fall festival.

Costume contest: The costume contest starts at 6 p.m. in front of the auditorium. These are the grades and categories for the costume contest:

Babies-K4 – cutest costume, funniest costume, and most original costume

K5-2nd – cutest costume, funniest costume, and most original costume

3rd-6th – scariest costume, funniest costume, and most original costume

*7th-9th – funniest costume and most original costume

*10th-12th – funniest costume and most original costume

*For grades 7th-12th - there will be a lot of younger children attending, so please no scary costumes.

Booth contest: There will be a prize each for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place booths.

Food: Concessions will be open. We will sell hamburgers, cheeseburgers, chips, nachos, popcorn, and drinks. Kona Ice will be there, too!

Work assessment hours/community service hours: This is a great opportunity to get work/community hours. We need help with the wristband sales, watching the inflatables, helping with the booths, concessions, and clean up. We will send a link for SignUpGenius. Also, there will be a sign-in/sign-out sheet at the ticket sales table.

Haunted House: The seniors will host their annual haunted house in the locker room 5-7 p.m. Admission is $2 per person.

Powderpuff game: Then, head to the football field for the Junior vs. Senior Powderpuff Football game starting at 7:00 p.m. Admission is $3 per person (free with 5 canned food goods). SGA underclassmen will be selling drinks, chips, and candy.  

Join PTO, seniors, and SGA for a night of fun. There’s something for everyone and we cannot wait to see all of you there!
