Please notify the office if you have still not received your MANDATORY FUNDRAISER (Raffle tickets). The tickets need to be turned in by Thursday, October 8th as October 9th and 12th are holidays.
All sponsorships for the 7th Annual Bass Tournament are due by 8:00 am tomorrow morning. This tournament was postponed due to the COVID closure. All Spring athletes from 2020 were required to sell $75.00 in sponsorship ads.

Thursday, September 24th - Volleyball at Lowndes starting at 4:00 p.m.
Friday, September 25th- Balfour Letterman's jacket orders starting at 8:00 a.m. Balfour Senior Graduation orders starting at 10:30 a.m. Varsity Football vs. Lowndes starting at 7:00 p.m. Dress up theme is "Peace Out Rebels" wear tie dye or hippie attire. Senior Night for Senior football players, senior cheerleaders, managers and senior water girls and their parents will be honored during pre-game activities beginning at 6:40 pm on the football field. Those seniors and their parents should arrive no later than 6:30 pm.
Per AISA Guidelines:
A mask or other facial covering that covers the nostrils and mouth are required
for spectators from entry until exit.
Only varsity cheerleaders will be allowed to participate in the victory line on the field. Only players, coaches, officials, cheerleaders and members of the chain gang are allowed on the field and sidelines.

Tuesday, September 29th - Mum order pickup in the auditorium from 2:00 - 5:30 pm Volleyball vs. Morgan starting at 4:00 pm
PeeWee/JV Football vs. Morgan starting at 6:00 pm
Wednesday, September 30th - Deadline for PTA Membership forms to be eligible for the free (1 month 1 child) tuition drawing. Mum order pickup from 7:30 am - 9:00 am and 2:00 pm - 5:30 pm
Friday, October 2nd- Varsity Football vs. Ft. Dale starting at 7:00 pm. Dress up theme is "Outshine the Eagles" dress in neon.
Saturday, October 3rd - 7th Annual Bass Tournament starting at safe daylight @ Cooters Pond in Prattville, Alabama
We are asking that all students bring hand sanitizer to use throughout the day and also a water bottle to use between classes as our water fountains will not be in use. Please make sure that your child’s name is on his/her water bottle.
*Work assessment forms must be submitted within 30 days of the date the work was performed. Otherwise it will be invalid.
Reminder: Monthly tuition payments are due by the 1st of each month and delinquent after the 15th. After the 15th of the month a $25.00 late fee will be assessed. Statements will only be sent if your payment has not been received by the 25th of the month. If your payment is not received before the 25th a $50.00 late fee will also be assessed. If the account is not made current by the end of the month, your child/children will not be allowed to attend class.
