Weekly Update | September 20, 2019

The lunch menu for Monday, September 23rd and Monday, September 30th have been changed.  The new menus will be:  Monday, September 23rd - Hamburger, Green Beans, Fruit Cocktail and Monday, September 30th - Chicken Philly Sandwich, Fries, Oranges.

Parents:  Please make sure you check your students lunch account every week. 

Friday, September 20th: Varsity Football @ Lowndes starting at 7 pm

Monday, September 23rd:  JV and Varsity Volleyball vs. Eastwood starting at 4 pm

Tuesday, September 24th: JV and Varsity Volleyball vs. Ft. Dale  starting at 4 pm 

        PeeWee/JV Football vs. Ft. Dale starting at 6 pm

Friday, September 27th Varsity Football vs. Crenshaw starting at 7:00 pm.  Dress up theme is "Hunt Down the Cougars" dress in camo.  We need gate and concession workers for this game.  Please contact the office if you would like to sign up.

Varsity Football Pregame meal: Varsity Football Parents - we need your help to provide for the pre-game meals for the team on game day.  For information on how you can help- email or call Tamara Holcomb tamaracholcomb@gmail.com 334-799-6996.  

PTA membership drive extended to September 30th.  Membership form is attached.

Reminder:  Mandatory Raffle ticket fundraiser is due September 30th.

*Work assessment forms must be submitted within 30 days of the date the work was performed.  Otherwise it will be invalid. 

Reminder:  Monthly tuition payments are due by the 1st of each month and delinquent after the 15th.  After the 15th of the month a $25.00 late fee will be assessed.  Statements will only be sent if your payment has not been received by the 25th of the month.  If your payment is not received before the 25th a $50.00 late fee will also be assessed.  If the account is not made current by the end of the month, your child/children will not be allowed to attend class.
