Thursday, October 24th - Varsity Boys Basketball parents' meeting in the library at 6:30 pm.
Friday, October 25th - Dress up theme "Greatest Show on Earth" wear your Halloween Costume - must be dress code appropriate. Varsity football vs. Clarke Prep starting at 7 pm. This is Senior night. All Senior football players, cheerleaders and watergirls and their parents need to be on the field by 6:30 pm. We need a few more workers for the ballgame. We need 2 more gate workers and 1 more concession worker. Please respond to this email if you would like to volunteer.
Monday, October 28th - Varsity Volleyball will play in the Elite 8 Tournament at the Cramton Bowl Multiplex. Students will be excused to miss class on Monday if they bring a permission slip from their parents by Friday and may check out 1 hour before the Hooper game starts on Monday. If they are not driving please indicate who they will be riding with. The winners of the Elite 8 games will play Thursday in the Final 4 games.
Reminder: Monthly tuition payments are due by the 1st of each month and delinquent after the 15th. After the 15th of the month a $25.00 late fee will be assessed. Statements will only be sent if your payment has not been received by the 25th of the month. If your payment is not received before the 25th a $50.00 late fee will also be assessed. If the account is not made current by the end of the month, your child/children will not be allowed to attend class.
