Weekly Update | March 18, 2021

Reminder:  Pre-registration for the 2021-2022 school year is due by 3:00 pm on Wednesday, March 31st.  Pre-registration fee is $100 per student.  Contracts are attached.

Attached you will find information regarding the 2021 AISA Art Show.  Please encourage your child to participate.

The AR deadline for the 4th grading period will be Thursday, May 6th.

The SGA is sponsoring a canned food drive for our local area food bank.  Please send donations by Friday, March 19th.

                 Varsity Baseball @ Macon East Tournament starting at 7:30 pm

Fri - Sat, March 19th-20th - Varsity Baseball/Softball Tournament @ Macon East.

Friday, March 19th - School dismisses at Noon for teacher in-service 

Mon - Fri, March 22nd-26th - Spring Break

Tuesday, March 30th - Baseball/Softball (all teams) vs. Ft. Dale starting at 3:30 pm

All students in grades 2-12 are required to wear a mask.  We have provided masks to students that forgot or whose masks break during the day.  However, we are noticing a large number of students forgetting them daily and we are not able to keep providing them without charging to replace them.  The cost for a mask (forgotten or broken) will be $1.  

 *Work assessment forms must be submitted within 30 days of the date the work was performed.  Otherwise it will be invalid. 

Reminder:  Monthly tuition payments are due by the 1st of each month and delinquent after the 15th.  After the 15th of the month a $25.00 late fee will be assessed.  Statements will only be sent if your payment has not been received by the 25th of the month.  If your payment is not received before the 25th a $50.00 late fee will also be assessed.  If the account is not made current by the end of the month, your child/children will not be allowed to attend class.
