Weekly Update | July 29, 2021

We are looking forward to the first day of school next Friday, August 6th.  We will dismiss at noon.

 

All accounts including lunchroom balances must be current in order for students to start classes on August 6th.

 

We have Open House for elementary students on Tuesday, August 3rd and Upper School students on Thursday, August 5th. We will send out more information in a separate email.

 

We have attached our Covid Guidelines for the 2021-22 school year

 

For our new families, we have attached information on how to set up a lunchroom account as well as how to create a RenWeb account in order to access your child's grades.

 

We have several new families this year.  If any of our current families would like to volunteer to serve as a liaison for a new family, please email Dr. Norman (lnorman@hooperacademy.org)

 

We will have a workday next Saturday, August 7th beginning at 8 am. We will need volunteers to help put out pine straw.  If we have volunteers who are willing to pressure wash the sidewalks, please contact Dr. Norman (lnorman@hooperacademy.org)

 

Booster Club ad sales deadline is Friday, August 13th.   The booster club membership form is attached.  Also, our link with Signup Genius to sign up to work concessions is https://www.signupgenius.com/go/9040c4bafab2da1fb6-hooper2.  Spots are open and ready for people to start signing up.

Fall sports pictures and ad pictures will be taken on Saturday, August 14th starting at 8:00 am. This does not include volleyball, their pictures will be taken on August 17th along with school pictures and daycare pictures.

*Work assessment forms must be submitted within 30 days of the date the work was performed.  Otherwise it will be invalid. 

 

Reminder:  Monthly tuition payments are due by the 1st of each month and delinquent after the 15th.  After the 15th of the month a $25.00 late fee will be assessed.  Statements will only be sent if your payment has not been received by the 25th of the month.  If your payment is not received before the 25th a $50.00 late fee will also be assessed.  If the account is not made current by the end of the month, your child/children will not be allowed to attend class.
