Weekly Update | January 9, 2020

Report cards were issued today.  Please sign and return with your student by Monday, January 13th.

 

The Booster Club will have its first meeting of the new year on Monday, January 13th at 5:30 pm in the lunchroom.  Booster Club meetings will be held on the second Monday of every month.

The SGA is sponsoring a donation drive to benefit Children's Hospital of Birmingham. Please see the attached flyer for more details.  We will be collecting items until January 10th.

 

Parents:  Please make sure you check your student's lunch account every week. 

 

Please keep collecting box tops for the PTA.  You can turn them into the office at any time.

 

Thursday, January 9th - Basketball (All teams)@Morgan starting @ 4:00 pm. 

 

Friday, January 10th - We are hosting the Regional Drama Competition in the auditorium.

Basketball(All teams) vs. Lakeside starting @ 4:00 pm. 

 

Tuesday, January 14th - Basketball(All teams) vs. Clarke Prep starting @ 4:00 pm.

 

Thursday, January 16th - Class Group pictures will be made starting @ 8:30 am.  Basketball(All teams) vs. Crenshaw starting @ 4:00 pm. 

 

Friday, January 17th - Hooper Schoolwide Science Fair

Basketball(All teams) vs. Pike starting @ 4:00 pm.

 

 

 

*Work assessment forms must be submitted within 30 days of the date the work was performed.  Otherwise it will be invalid. 

 

Reminder:  Monthly tuition payments are due by the 1st of each month and delinquent after the 15th.  After the 15th of the month a $25.00 late fee will be assessed.  Statements will only be sent if your payment has not been received by the 25th of the month.  If your payment is not received before the 25th a $50.00 late fee will also be assessed.  If the account is not made current by the end of the month, your child/children will not be allowed to attend class.
