Weekly Update | January 30, 2020

Hooper Academy Booster Club Spring Sports Work Day Saturday, February 1st (rain makeup day will be February 8th), start time will be 8am.  We will meet at the baseball/softball field concession stand to begin our work day and receive assignments.  We plan to work from 8am until 2pm, we have many projects on our list.  For more information or to volunteer contact Corey Griggs 334-300-8608.

The February lunch menus are attached.

The information for the 7th Annual Bass Fishing Tournament is attached.  All athletes involved in a spring sport must sale $75 in ads. The ad forms and tournament registration forms are also attached. 

Reminder athletic fees for winter and spring sports are due.  They are $100 per student per sport.  Please turn in as soon as possible.

Parents:  Please make sure you check your student's lunch account every week. 

Please keep collecting box tops for the PTA.  You can turn them into the office at any time.

Saturday, February 1st - Booster Club Spring Sports Work Day - 8 am - 2 pm.

Booster Club meetings are held on the second Monday of every month. 

*Work assessment forms must be submitted within 30 days of the date the work was performed.  Otherwise it will be invalid. 

Reminder:  Monthly tuition payments are due by the 1st of each month and delinquent after the 15th.  After the 15th of the month a $25.00 late fee will be assessed.  Statements will only be sent if your payment has not been received by the 25th of the month.  If your payment is not received before the 25th a $50.00 late fee will also be assessed.  If the account is not made current by the end of the month, your child/children will not be allowed to attend class.
