Weekly Update | February 7, 2020
Progress reports were issued today. Please sign and return them to your child's homeroom teacher by Tuesday, February 11th. If your child did not receive their progress report please check their lunchroom account balance and tuition balance.
The updated Baseball/Softball and Soccer schedules are attached for your convenience. We need gate and concession workers for all home games. Please respond to this email or contact Corey Griggs at coreygriggs@gmail.com if you would like to volunteer.
The information for the 7th Annual Bass Fishing Tournament is attached. All athletes involved in a spring sport must sale $75 in ads. The ad forms and tournament registration forms are also attached.
Reminder: athletic fees for winter and spring sports are due. They are $100 per student per sport. Please turn in as soon as possible.
Parents: Please make sure you check your student's lunch account every week.
Please keep collecting box tops for the PTA. You can turn them into the office at any time.

Soccer vs. Fort Dale starting @ 5:30 pm.
The Hooper Art Show will be held on April 16th. Please see the attached handout for rules and other deadlines.
Booster Club meetings are held on the second Monday of every month.
*Work assessment forms must be submitted within 30 days of the date the work was performed. Otherwise it will be invalid.
Reminder: Monthly tuition payments are due by the 1st of each month and delinquent after the 15th. After the 15th of the month a $25.00 late fee will be assessed. Statements will only be sent if your payment has not been received by the 25th of the month. If your payment is not received before the 25th a $50.00 late fee will also be assessed. If the account is not made current by the end of the month, your child/children will not be allowed to attend class.
