Weekly Update | December 5, 2019

All accounts must be current in order for students to take exams.  This includes lunchroom accounts, tuition, curriculum and facility fees, athletic fees, etc.

The SGA is sponsoring a donation drive to benefit Children's Hospital of Birmingham. Please see the attached flyer for more details.

Parents:  Please make sure you check your student's lunch account every week. 

Please keep collecting box tops for the PTA. You can turn them into the office at any time.

Thursday, December 5th - Basketball (All teams) vs. Ezekiel starting at 4 pm.

Monday, December 9th - Basketball (All teams) @ Autauga starting at 4 pm.

Tuesday, December 10th - JV/Varsity Fall Sports award ceremony. This includes volleyball, football and cheerleading. Starting at 6:00 pm in the Auditorium. 

Thursday, December 12th - Christmas Program starting @ 6:00 pm.

Fri - Sat, December 13th-14th - Varsity Basketball Tournament @ Lowndes.  Hooper Girls play Wilcox at 6:00 pm on the 13th and the Hooper Boys play Wilcox at 7:30 on the 13th. 

*Work assessment forms must be submitted within 30 days of the date the work was performed.  Otherwise it will be invalid. 

Reminder:  Monthly tuition payments are due by the 1st of each month and delinquent after the 15th.  After the 15th of the month a $25.00 late fee will be assessed.  Statements will only be sent if your payment has not been received by the 25th of the month.  If your payment is not received before the 25th a $50.00 late fee will also be assessed.  If the account is not made current by the end of the month, your child/children will not be allowed to attend class.
