Weekly Update | August 4, 2022

Attached you will find the lunch menu for August, the instructions to create a lunch account for your new student and the instructions to create a RenWeb account to monitor your child's grades. If you have any questions, please let us know.

Remember:  All accounts must be current in order for students to start school on Thursday, August 11th.  

Reminder sports program pictures will be Saturday, August 6th starting at 8:00 am.  Below is the schedule:

Gym

8:00 am - Varsity volleyball

8:20 am - JV volleyball

8:40 am - Varsity Cheer

9:00 am - Senior Banners ($62.00 made payable to Total Image)

9:20 am - Senior Group pictures - this is for all sports (volleyball, football, cheerleading, basketball, baseball and softball)

Football Field

9:30 am - Varsity football

9:50 am - Varsity cheer

10:10 am - JV cheer

10:30 am - PeeWee football

10:50 am - PeeWee cheer

11:10 am - Tiny Termite cheer

11:30 am - Flag football

Athletic fees and spirit pack fees are due as soon as possible.  All sports ads must be turned in by Thursday, August 11th.

*Work assessment forms must be submitted within 30 days of the date the work was performed.  Otherwise it will be invalid. 

Reminder:  Monthly tuition payments are due by the 1st of each month and delinquent after the 15th.  After the 15th of the month a $25.00 late fee will be assessed. Statements will only be sent if your payment has not been received by the 25th of the month.  If your payment is not received before the 25th a $50.00 late fee will also be assessed.  If the account is not made current by the end of the month, your child/children will not be allowed to attend class.
