Per AISA Guidelines:
Only varsity cheerleaders will be allowed to participate in the victory line on the field. Only players, coaches, officials, cheerleaders and members of the chain gang are allowed on the field and sidelines.
All spectators are asked to socially distance at least 6 feet from other spectators from another household to the extent necessary. Further, spectators shall wear a mask that covers his or her nostrils and mouth at all times while within 6 feet of a person from another household.
RenWeb login instructions are attached for new families. This is how you can keep up with your students grades, attendance, etc.
Thursday, August 20th - Volleyball @ Evangel starting at 4:00 pm - Go Colts!!
Friday, August, 21st - Varsity Football vs. Coosa Valley starting at 7:00 pm. Go Colts!!
Dress up theme is "Colts Have Pride" Dress in Extreme Hooper Spirit attire.
Tuesday, August 25th - Volleyball @ Autauga starting at 4:00 pm
Pee Wee/JV Football @ Autauga starting at 6:00 pm
Thursday, August 27th- Volleyball vs. Ft. Dale starting at 4:00 pm
Friday, August 28th - Varsity Football vs. Edgewood starting at 7:00 pm. Dress up theme "Wipe Out the Wildcats" Wear Hawaiian or beach attire.
Athletes must pay their athletic fees of $25 (elementary) and $100 (Jr. High and High School) before they can participate in games.
The PTA Membership form is attached. Each family is encouraged to join the PTA. The PTA funds a lot of the student activities on campus. Every class that reaches 100% participation will receive $100 to be spent in their classroom and one lucky family will receive a tuition credit of 1 month's single student rate. Please join by Wednesday, September 30th. The first class to reach 100% participation will also receive a $50 bonus for the teacher to use for classroom resources.
The PTA is looking forward to an exciting school year. We are kicking off the 2020-2021 school year with the annual Mum fundraiser. Information for this fundraiser is attached. These mums are big and beautiful. Please support our PTA by placing your order by the September 8th deadline. The class with the top sales will receive a party.
We have Hooper t-shirts available for purchase for $15 in the front office.
Attached you will find the Booster Club Membership Form. The Booster Club will be using the SignupGenius program again this year for all concession signups. Please use the following link to signup. The Booster Club is asking families to please go and LIKE the Hooper Booster Club public page and to also join the Hooper Booster Club Facebook group. The “page” is used to make public announcements like upcoming athletic and school events. The “group” allows us to communicate directly with parents, grandparents, alumni, staff, and volunteers who have a vested interest in Hooper Academy that may need to be communicated internally with. We try to keep all of our families well informed of what is happening at our school so they may participate and be a part of our growing family!

We are asking that all students bring hand sanitizer to use throughout the day and also a water bottle to use between classes as our water fountains will not be in use. Please make sure that your child’s name is on his/her water bottle.
*Work assessment forms must be submitted within 30 days of the date the work was performed. Otherwise it will be invalid.
Reminder: Monthly tuition payments are due by the 1st of each month and delinquent after the 15th. After the 15th of the month a $25.00 late fee will be assessed. Statements will only be sent if your payment has not been received by the 25th of the month. If your payment is not received before the 25th a $50.00 late fee will also be assessed. If the account is not made current by the end of the month, your child/children will not be allowed to attend class.
