Fall sports pictures and ad pictures will be taken on Saturday, August 14th starting at 8:00 am.

*All pictures will be taken in the Gym. Please stay in your vehicles until instructed to enter the Gym. Once the Gym is entered, we ask that all athletes practice social distancing according to Covid guidelines that we currently follow. If there are any questions, please let me know. This does not include volleyball, their pictures will be taken on August 17th along with school pictures and daycare pictures.
All athletic fees must be paid before the athletes can participate in any games. Athletic fees are $25 for PeeWee football and $100 for JV/Varsity football and volleyball.
For our new families, we have attached information on how to set up a lunchroom account as well as how to create a RenWeb account in order to access your child's grades.
Booster Club ad sales deadline is Friday, August 13th. This deadline if for all ad forms including email forms. In order to get the programs back in a timely manner we must have all forms turned in by this date. All fall athletes must buy or sell a $75 ad.
The booster club membership form is attached. Also, our link with Signup Genius to sign up to work concessions is https://www.signupgenius.com/go/9040c4bafab2da1fb6-hooper2. Spots are open and ready for people to start signing up.
We have available for purchase in the office a book titled: Fred Hooper, The Extraordinary Life of a Thoroughbred Legend written by Bill Heller. Books are available for $20 each and the sales will benefit Hooper Academy.

Thursday, August 19th - JV/Varsity Volleyball vs. Evangel starting at 4:00 pm
Friday, August 20th - Varsity Football @ Coosa Valley starting at 7:00 pm. Dress up theme is Extreme Hooper Spirit!!
*Work assessment forms must be submitted within 30 days of the date the work was performed. Otherwise it will be invalid.
Reminder: Monthly tuition payments are due by the 1st of each month and delinquent after the 15th. After the 15th of the month a $25.00 late fee will be assessed. Statements will only be sent if your payment has not been received by the 25th of the month. If your payment is not received before the 25th a $50.00 late fee will also be assessed. If the account is not made current by the end of the month, your child/children will not be allowed to attend class.
