Weekly Update | April 28, 2022

All accounts must be current in order for students to take exams or receive report cards and transcripts.

If you are interested in purchasing an ad for the yearbook please see the attached flyer.  Ads can be purchased for business advertisement, senior memory page, etc.  

Friday, April 29th - Last day to send money for the PTA Teacher Appreciation gift cards.  Thanks to all that have participated so far.

Friday, May 6th - Elementary Accelerated Reader deadline - AISA State Softball Tournament at Lagoon Park.  Details to follow.

Thursday, May 12th - Basketball/Baseball/Softball/Track Award Ceremony starting at 6:00 pm in the Auditorium 

Friday, May 13th - Class Day starting at 8:30 am with Elementary and 10:00 am for 7th - 12th grades          

                  6th period exam starting at 1:30 pm

Sunday, May 15th - Baccalaureate services held in the Fred and Wanda Hooper Auditorium starting at 2:00 pm - Reception to follow

Monday, May 16th - 1st & 4th period exams starting at 8:30 am & 10:30 am.  Grades 7-12 will be dismissed at Noon.

Tuesday, May 17th - 2nd & 5th period exams starting at 8:30 am & 10:30 am.  Grades 7-12 will be dismissed at Noon.

               K5 Graduation in the Fred and Wanda Hooper Auditorium starting at 6:00 pm

Wednesday, May 18th - 3rd & 7th period exams starting at 8:30 am & 10:30 am.  Grades 7-12 will be dismissed at Noon. 

Thursday, May 19th - Makeup exams for excused absences only must be approved by the Headmaster  - Last day of school - Everyone dismisses at Noon      

               Senior Graduation at the Davis Henry Field starting at 7:00 pm

*Work assessment forms must be submitted within 30 days of the date the work was performed.  Otherwise it will be invalid. 

Reminder:  Monthly tuition payments are due by the 1st of each month and delinquent after the 15th.  After the 15th of the month a $25.00 late fee will be assessed.  Statements will only be sent if your payment has not been received by the 25th of the month.  If your payment is not received before the 25th a $50.00 late fee will also be assessed.  If the account is not made current by the end of the month, your child/children will not be allowed to attend class.
