Weekly Update | April 22, 2021

The Elementary AR deadline for the 4th grading period will be Thursday, May 6th.

Senior parents please check your emails from Toni Kilpatrick.  She has emailed you the Senior Exam schedule, a link for Cap & Gown photos and graduation information.

Thursday, April 22nd - Varsity Baseball @ Chambers starting at 3:30 pm

                                   JV/Varsity Softball @ Ezekiel starting at 4:00 pm (Varsity plays first)

Friday, April 23rd - District Art Show at Eastwood - (The Art teacher will be delivering and returning work)

Monday, April 26th - 1st Round Softball playoff at Hooper starting at 3:30 pm

Sunday, May 16th - Baccalaureate at 2:00 pm in the Fred and Wanda Hooper Auditorium

Tuesday, May 18th - K5 graduation

Exam Schedule for grades 7-11:

Friday, May 14th - 6th period starting at 1:30 pm

Monday, May 17th - 1st & 4th period 8:30 and 10:30 students in 7-11 dismiss at Noon

Tuesday, May 18th - 2nd & 5th period 8:30 and 10:30 students in 7-11 dismiss at Noon 

Wednesday, May 19th - 3rd & 7th period 8:30 and 10:30 students in 7-11 dismiss at Noon 

Thursday, May 20th - Makeup exams if needed - Last day of school - everyone dismisses at Noon

                      Graduation at 7:00 pm

*Work assessment forms must be submitted within 30 days of the date the work was performed.  Otherwise it will be invalid. 

Reminder:  Monthly tuition payments are due by the 1st of each month and delinquent after the 15th.  After the 15th of the month a $25.00 late fee will be assessed.  Statements will only be sent if your payment has not been received by the 25th of the month.  If your payment is not received before the 25th a $50.00 late fee will also be assessed.  If the account is not made current by the end of the month, your child/children will not be allowed to attend class.
