Update for February 9, 2017


Congratulations to our Middle School Math Team they won 3rd Place in the AISA District Math Competition.  Middle School Math Team members are:  Delaney Bollie, John Connell, Autumn Jeffers, and Tyler Jeffers
 
Congratulations to Jaycie Connell, she was selected as the DAR Good Citizenship Girl.  She was honored yesterday at a luncheon given by the Anne Phillips Chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution.
 
Information for the 4th Annual Bass Tournament is attached.  Please help make this the best one yet!!  All Spring Sports athletes must sell $75 in ads for the Bass Tournament.  The ad form is attached.

The District Science Fair is being held at Hooper Academy.  Projects must be set up in the auditorium by 9:00 a.m.  You must bring a card table to display your project. The following students will represent Hooper Academy at the District Science Fair:

The PTA has asked us to share the following information about Family Fun Night:
Saturday, February 25 - Family Fun Night 2017 5:00 pm - 10:00 pm
Each class is responsible for helping provide the following:
      Two - 12 pk COKE Products.              
o   Due in the office Thursday, 2/23
      Three - Baked Goods (packaged for individual use).            
o   Due in the office Friday, 2/24
      One - Gift Basket/Adult Bingo prize worth $50 or more.
o   Due in the office Thursday, 2/23
      Four - Kid's prizes for bingo worth approximately $10 each- iTunes gift cards, McDonalds, Burger King, misc. gift cards.  
o   Due in the office Thursday, 2/23
      One - Silent Auction Item. (Tax deductible)
o   Due in the office Thursday, 2/23
 
All persons/companies who donate/sponsor will have their names listed on the sponsorship board.  These donations are tax deductible.   
Any and all help is welcomed!  Please contact any member of the PTA board to sign up to work this event.  
Please think about the parents in your class.  Let's see what can be donated (food/prizes/cash/etc.) - Let's truly make this an awesome fundraiser for Hooper Academy.


Reminder:  Monthly tuition payments are due by the 1st of each month and delinquent after the 15th.  After the 15th of the month a $25.00 late fee will be assessed.  Statements will only be sent if your payment has not been received by the 25th of the month.  If your payment is not received before the 25th a $50.00 late fee will also be assessed.  If the account is not made current by the end of the month, your child/children will not be allowed to attend class.
